Ticket Purchase Terms
  1. These terms apply to the above-mentioned event. Tickets must be purchased via the official designated channel.
  2. All ticket prices are tax inclusive. Upon successful payment, a WOD Code will be generated as the only valid credential for admission and benefit redemption.
  3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resalable. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission and reject any refund if any violation is found.
  4. Ticket holders shall keep their electronic vouchers properly. ID and voucher verification are required for admission.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
  1. For tickets purchased on or before March 31, 2026, you may apply for an unconditional refund via email within 14 working days after payment.
  2. For tickets purchased on or after April 1, 2026, no refunds will be available. The ticket is valid for the same series of exhibition in 2027.
  3. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, ticket holders may choose either a full refund or ticket transfer to a subsequent event.
